Attendance Enterprise Adds Affordable Care Act Feature

Attendance Enterprise (AE) is a Harris ERP partner that provides a full-featured Time & Attendance system.  It integrates with the GEMS HRMS application to process time entry during the payroll cycle, and it provides many features that allow you to track and pay employees for actual hours worked, monitor and control overtime hours, save time, and improve the accuracy of your organization's payroll processing. Learn more about Attendance Enterprise.

The newest version, AE2.2, features enhancements that will reduce risk in evaluating and complying with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Employers can use the new features in Attendance on Demand and Attendance Enterprise to measure employee service hours for determining two key factors:

  • Employer status as an applicable large employer under the terms of the Act.
  • The employees deemed full-time according to the Act with timekeeping aspects of the Affordable Care Act.
