Release of Innoprise Community Development v3.14

We’re pleased to announce the release of Innoprise Community Development v3.14. Release notes and prior releases are available on eSupport. To check the version you are on, please access the About page, as shown below.

Below is a brief summary of the major enhancements provided in this release:
  • Ability to print fees from Citizen Access.
  • Added Gross Receipts functionality of Licenses in Citizen Access.
  • Ability to print supporting documents from all modules in Citizen Access.
  • Ability to have required documents really required in Citizen Access.
  • Ability to add Code Enforcement complaints through Citizen Access.
  • Added email notifications for cases.

To Access

  • Log in to eSupport.
  • Select Downloads, Documentation.
  • Select Harris ERP as the “Division.”
  • Select Innoprise as the “Family.”
  • Select ComDev Release Notesfrom the “Category” list box.
  • Download the release notes (.pdf).
