Harris ERP Takes 5 Customers Live in March
April 19, 2017

Spring has sprung and with it, our Professional Development team has been as busy as bees taking customers live on various modules this month! Congratulations to:

The City of Billings, MT is now live on the Innoprise Employee Self Service Portal (ESSP). The human resources functions of the portal make it possible for City employees to submit time sheets and leave requests online, with 24/7 access. Billings is one of Harris ERP’s largest customers, with a population of more than 100,000.

Botetourt County, VA is officially live on Innoprise Community Development and is also working diligently on testing the Mobile App which will go-live soon as well! The County is a Select to Innoprise migration customer; it first went live with Innoprise Financials in September 2016.

Vallecitos Water District (CA) upgraded to Agile Business Suite (ABS) version 5.0 for GEMS Finance and Human Resources Systems. The District’s database and operating environments will be fully supported by Unisys so that it can remain current but continue to use the GEMS software staff is already comfortable with. Sally Sheets, Accounting Technician for the District had this to share just after going live: “We did an upgrade to AB Suite last week. Today when I ran a RECALCTAX it only took 8 minutes versus the previous 45 minutes. Wow!”

Yamhill County, OR also upgraded to ABS this month. The County is located in the heart of Willamette Valley’s wine country and has a population of almost 100,000.

The City of West Valley, UT is now live on Innoprise Payroll. West Valley is a GEMS to Innoprise migration customer. The City’s first Innoprise module to go live was Financials in June of 2016.
