Customer Feedback from IUC16

Rich Anderson from the City of Logan, UT commented on the conference overall: “I really appreciate the effort made by Harris Staff to put on this conference. I value the access to decision makers and the ability to directly interact and discuss opportunities, solutions, and issues. Thanks again!”

Paul Love from West Valley City, UT commented on the GIS integration session he attended: “I found this session very informative and exciting. We haven't implemented this yet. However, I am very impressed with the quality of the software, the knowledge of those representing the software, and most important (at least to me) the manner in which questions are responded to. They are responded to with a sincere desire to understand and help us (the customer). I left this session extremely excited about what is being presented as possible to do in Innoprise CIS, and its relationship to GIS data.”

Dan Hood of Blue Springs, MO commented on the session presenters for “Purchasing through Payment Processing:” “Valerie White and Donna Parker were very knowledgeable and delivered an outstanding session!”
