Harris ERP Releases Innoprise Centralized Cash Receipting v2.18.0 and CIS/Utility Billing v3.30.0

We’re pleased to announce the latest releases of Innoprise Centralized Cash Receipting (CCR) and Innoprise CIS/Utility Billing.

Centralized Cash Receipting (CCR)

Below is a brief summary of the top four enhancements provided in the CCR v2.18.0 release:

  1. Improve user experience and efficiency by automatically opening the Allocation Input and Tender Input screens.
  2. Configure automatic credit card fees by flat amount or percentage and include those fees in receipts to make receipt totals match drafted totals for credit card payments.
  3. Clearer and more detailed error messages to help guide users towards the proper action to be taken.
  4. Provide functionality for multiple receipt stylesheets which gives you the option to customize and tailor receipts by merchant locations.
Also included are fixes for:
  • Incorrect change display on Transactions screen
  • Search parameters not being cleared
  • Override Bank resetting to another bank

CIS/Utility Billing

Below is a brief summary of the top five major enhancements provided in the CIS/Utility Billing v3.30.0 release:
  1. Attachments on email statements: When customers receive a billing statement via email, they can now add supporting documents as attachments with just a click of a button! 
  2. Enhance deposits to allow a set amount each time. The deviation method is now optional for cities always charging a flat amount for the deposit amount.
  3. Bill prints display payment arrangements to alert customers to the agreed payment arrangements.
  4. Excel extract compatible with MS Excel 2013. The extract can now exceed 65,000 rows of data.
  5. Meter reads now let users enter consumption instead of a reading when needed on the Meter Read screen.
